Inland home sellers have new iBuyer portal

Another iBuyer concept has brought its online home-selling portal to the Inland Empire.

Berkshire Hathaway HomeService Perrie Mundy Realty Group & California Realty, which has five offices in the Inland area, has debuted Offer Optimizer. The online program allows sellers to post homes for sale, get an in-depth view of the local housing market and potentially get quick offers.

According to the brokerage, Offer Optimizer also provides local advice for area sellers from professionals at the local offices. BHHS Perrie Mundy Realty Group & California Realty has offices in Beaumont, Corona, Moreno Valley, Redlands and Riverside.

The platform was developed by technology firm zavvie and is being used in several other markets. The Inland Empire operation is co-owned by Dave Corey.
