Inspired by the reputation of the Everett Real Estate Center at Colorado State University, Stephen went to CSU to study Real Estate, eventually earning a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Finance and Development. While in school, he embraced a passion for all things real estate, from market analysis and construction to finance and marketing.

Living now in Denver with his wife, and two sons, he has focused his career on helping clients in the buying and selling of homes. In addition to his education in Real Estate, he applies many years in project management and construction to the process of buying or selling a home. His expertise extends across the Denver metro, with a focus in the Sunnyside neighborhood.
